Real World NP is an ANCC-accredited continuing education company dedicated to helping nurse practitioners build the clinical judgment, practical skills, and confidence needed to succeed in primary care.
Since 2019, we've educated more than 20,000 nurse practitioners through our evidence-based continuing education courses, podcast, YouTube channel, articles, and clinical resources.
Our goal is simple: to make everyday patient care clearer, more efficient, and less overwhelming.

Hi, I'm Liz Rohr, FNP-BC.
When I became a nurse practitioner, I quickly realized that succeeding in primary care required far more than knowing clinical guidelines.
I needed to learn how experienced clinicians approached complex patients, balanced competing priorities, communicated with specialists, managed documentation, and made decisions when the answer wasn't obvious.
I created Real World NP to build the educational resource I wish I'd had: practical, evidence-based education that helps nurse practitioners develop clinical judgment—not just earn continuing education credits.
Today, our courses, podcast, articles, and resources have supported more than 20,000 nurse practitioners as they build confidence in real-world practice.
